  2. It's 200 mls of whipped cream.
  3. Prepare 3 of grade A eggs.
  4. It's 3 tablespoons of flour.

  6. You need 150 gr of castor sugar.
  7. You need pinch of salt.

  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in sugar, followed by eggs, one at a time.
  3. Add in whipping cream, and flour.
  4. Add in lemon juice and pinch of salt.
  5. Pour in a 8” tin. bake at 200degrees oven in a hotbath.
  6. Let cool completely before chilling at least 4hrs before serving.
